I operate a garage and I do a lot of mechanics, can I get discounts?
Of course! We like to encourage local car mechanics, if you repair a fleet of family or friends vehicles, or operate a small or large garage, we can offer you volume discounts. Write us for more information!
Can you install my parts?
Because our business is based solely on online sales, we do not offer the installation service.
Where are you located?
We operate from Quebec city and we can ship your orders anywhere in Canada really quickly!
Is there any warranty on parts?
Parts sold by Euro part import are subject to a 1-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects. The guarantee only covers the value of the parts and does not cover shipping or labor costs. It does not cover problems of improper installation or misdiagnosis. For the warranty to apply, you must provide proof of a professional installation.
Is my order refundable?
All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge. Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of your order. Shipping costs are not refundable. All electronic items are non-returnable. You are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of the parts you order.
Can I save the shipping fees?
You can avoid shipping costs by taking Local Pickup when you will pay. Once the order has been placed and ready, we will contact you, then make an appointment with you so you will be able to come pick up your order.
How much will it cost to ship my items?
Shipping is free for orders of 150$ or more in Quebec and the minimum amount is 200$ to have free shipping elsewhere in Canada. Shipping costs start at 15$ for orders under 150$ anywhere in Canada on all original, maintenance or replacement parts. For some modification parts, the amount may be higher. If this is the case, you will see the details of the amounts in your basket before completing your order. You will never have to pay customs fees at the door for items ordered on our site, since shipments are all made from Canada.
Can I come to your store?
Our operations are not done from a physical store. We operate online only, which allows us to offer you the most competitive prices! You can still contact us to pick up your parts in person on the south shore of Quebec. It will be our pleasure to meet you!
How long before I receive my order?
If you order an item that we do not have in stock, we will notify you of delivery times by email. Deliveries usually take 2 to 7 business days following the order for all original and replacement parts. If we think we will exceed this deadline, we will contact you. We are not responsible for delivery times once the courier service has taken your package.
